We are homebodies and love watching television.  A few summers ago we created an outdoor living space, that includes a television.   We love binge watching shows, and reviewing new and old movies.

He Says:  I can remember being obsessed with movies ever since I saw the first “Superman” starring Christopher Reeve.  I spent my childhood recording movies and television shows from network and premium television to VHS.

When I started dating Her, she couldn’t understand why anyone would watch a movie more than once.  Well, until she saw “How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days,” which she ran on a constant loop until I threatened ritualistic suicide.  She still tries to sneak it in from time to time.

Now that we work full time jobs with a nice income, I’ve indulged my passion for film and television to build a collection that will help me survive the end of days by revisiting all my favorites in film and television.  Now, I’m lucky to be married to a beautiful wife, and to have a beautiful dog, none of whom want to leave the couch.

Although our opinions may differ, we still love each other.

She Says: We have been married over ten years, have no children yet, but we have our dog, Penny, that we treat like a child.   She is spoiled, sitting right beside us on the couch as we enjoy our television and movies.

Every few months I try to find ways to make us more active, but we always go back to relaxing on our sofa.  He has more dvds (or blurays) then I can count.  I made a new rule last year that he is not permitted to get any more dvds once he runs out of space in the cabinets in our living room.   He has doubled up the dvds on every shelf to nearly double his storage.  I doubt he will run out of space anytime soon.
